Job Purpose

Drive revenue through phone, email, and screen‑sharing presentations to potential customers, building solutions for retailers looking to adopt Lightspeed.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and manage qualified leads by phone and email in a timely manner.
• Work within a team to grow the business.
• Lead one‑on‑one screen‑sharing presentations/demos.
• Collaborate with management on pricing negotiations.
• Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Coordinate appointments and scheduling with Sales Development Representatives.
• Guide prospects through a defined sales process.
• Track prospect progression to close in Salesforce.com.
• Perform additional duties as defined by management.
