Inbound Sales & Tech Support Specialist

Teleperformance in Malaysia is looking for a Technical Support Specialist who provides excellent customer support through various channels such as email and chat. The role requires a strong ability to resolve customer issues while meeting sales targets.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma and have a minimum of 6 months of customer support experience. Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to sales are necessary. Additional technical skills in Microsoft Office and CRM systems are preferred.
