Role Description
The Consultant will be part of IQVIA’s Incentive Compensation (IC) Consulting team, supporting global and affiliate‑level clients in designing, validating, and operationalizing incentive compensation plans, goal‑setting methodologies, and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) solutions.
The role combines analytics, incentive modeling, reporting, and client collaboration, requiring a strong understanding of pharma sales models, data processes, and IC principles. The consultant will contribute to high‑quality client deliveries, software‑enabled solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives across the IC function.
