Inclusion Practitioner

We wish to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and experienced Inclusion Practitioner to join our wonderful team. We are looking for someone who has adaptability, experience in learning support and above all, someone who shares our ethos of putting the children at the centre of all we do.

The successful candidate will: 
have a good understanding of children's needs, both pastoral and educational

have excellent levels of literacy and numeracy

have excellent communication skills

have a strong empathy with children’s diverse needs

have good initiative and be flexible

have experience of supporting children in a learning environment

be able to liaise with the class teacher, providing feedback and keeping records of progress and behaviour as required

support the social, emotional, behavioural and medical needs of pupils ...
