You will work with students with additional needs or barriers to learning, providing one-to-one and small-group support, particularly around emotional wellbeing and engagement.

The successful applicant will hold:

Experience supporting students with SEND or SEMH needs

A positive and empathetic approach to student care

Strong communication and teamwork skills
