Role Description

Our Canadian team is currently seeking individuals to join as Independent Contractors. 
Interested individuals are brought on to complete specific project related tasks when the team needs additional support. They will then invoice the Company for the agreed hours worked and hourly rate as per the contractor agreement.

Independent Contractors are assigned at the project level and will ideally have experience handling and managing projects on both Sassie and Shopmetrics (SMX).

What you can expect to be doing:
Working under the direction of a Field Manager/Field Coordinators to ensure all work is completed on time, in full, and error free. 
Utilize Sassie and/or SMX to optimize shop allocation.
Coordinate schedules for Mystery Shoppers, including following up with overdue shoppers, reposting declines, and sending out targeted and/or bonus emails
