The Compliance Associate Program is a 2-year rotational program in North America. The Associates receive the foundation of knowledge and training required to contribute as a valuable resource in Compliance at Citi. Along side working on strategic projects with senior leadership, the program also incorporates the following:

**Responsibilities:**

+ Building critical relationships with Citi’s regulatory agencies and partners
+ Understanding rules, regulations and policies across Citi and how these are interconnected and aggregated
+ Building knowledge of different markets, products, strategies and associated issues/risks
+ Maintaining independence with effective collaboration
+ Developing a deeper understanding of Citi, Compliance, various products and strategies and industry regulations
+ Build strong partnerships across Global Compliance and with the business
