Industrial Controls System (ICS) 2nd Engineer

The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious Industrial Control Systems 2nd Engineer to join our team. This is a brand-new role that offers long term development and genuine autonomy to become a technical expert on Operational Technology (OT) assets and plant control systems (T3000, GE MkVI, MkVIe, ABB 800XA, Siemens S7) at Spalding Power Station .

This role has been created as a key role to support our Lead ICs Engineer in the safe, reliable management of the plant. There will be a special focus on industrial control systems and OT cyber security, where you’ll be instrumental in helping to ensure these are engineered and maintained to meet our current operational demands and are flexible to the future business needs. You’ll have the opportunity to work hands‑on with critical control systems while contributing to long term engineering, maintenance, and cyber security strategies.
