Job Summary

The Industrial Engineer will evaluate existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for cost savings, process enhancements, and quality improvement. The role focuses on optimizing manufacturing efficiency, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and leading continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Measurement and Optimization
  • Track KPIs and compile scorecards to report factory performance to local and global teams.
  • Lead improvement initiatives that boost Factory OEE, such as SMED implementation.
  • Develop solutions to enhance productivity and reduce operational waste.
