Own and govern capacity planning models to ensure accurate short- and long-term capacity, demand support, and supply readiness.
Lead productivity, OEE, and cost improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and structured problem solving, include developing and maintaining an accurate labor model.
Set and maintain IE standards (factory layout, time standards, staffing models, methodologies) and ensure consistent application across manufacturing.
