Information Process Enabler - Gandhinagar

Job Brief: We are looking for people to work on various outsourcing projects where primary will work will be to receive customer demand and fulfill it with required information from the available sources (application, forms, scanned documents etc.) The candidate needs to have basic computer skills with good typing speed and eye for detail. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.

Responsibilities: Read and understand data from scanned documents, word forms, pdf applications or search various applications/websites to obtain the information asked Type in data provided/obtained from the search and fulfill the demand of the customer Verify data by comparing it to source documents Retrieve data from the database/documents/electronic files/websites etc. as requested Candidate to understand computer skills (MS office suite and internet) Will work in night shift primarily but should be flexible as per business need Will be responsible for ensuring qualit...
