Information Technology Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst | Madrid, Spain | 6–12 Month Contract (Rolling) Document and validate business system requirements, map as-is and to-be process flows with Business and IT teams. Lead/participate in workshops for requirement gathering, gap analysis, and ensuring all business needs are captured. Prepare project documentation, test plans, and support system testing and UAT to meet quality standards. Assist with implementation tasks and provide post-implementation support for successful project delivery. Deliver management presentations, train key users, and provide logistics/systems consultancy to internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in IT, Logistics, or Engineering; Business Analysis (CBAP/PMI-PBA) or Project Management certification preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in a large international logistics environment with proven BA experience in IT projects.
