Information Technology Support Officer

Position Description: The IT Support Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT operations for ONESEA group companies (Singapore and India). This role requires close collaboration with the headquarters in Singapore to ensure smooth IT functionality and alignment with corporate standards. Key responsibilities include providing technical support in areas such as network and firewall management, backup systems, and IT asset tracking. The officer will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive documentation and handling various IT administrative tasks.
