  MUST HAVE 
 Experience building and managing SOE with Server 2016, 2019, Windows 10
 Experienced in patch management, vulnerability management.
 Experience with monitoring, alerting and self-healing / automation with SCOM.
 Experience with packaging and deployment, compliance reporting, patching with SCCM.
 Experience with active directory administration, group policy management, Identity, and access management
 Exposure to ESX, Hyper-V
 Experience with servers & networking, storage & backups on platforms like IBM, Dell, Lenovo
