Infrastructure Analyst III

CTG is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Analyst III to support enterprise automation operations and infrastructure initiatives for our client. This role will focus on supporting the Broadcom Automic enterprise automation platform, including daily operational support, deployments, incident resolution, patching, upgrades, and datacenter migration activities.

**Duration:** 12 months

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Support and maintain Broadcom Automic enterprise automation solutions
+ Perform job setup, workflow reviews, deployments, and operational monitoring
+ Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure and automation incidents
+ Conduct system patching, upgrades, health checks, and operating system updates
+ Support CoLo migration activities into a new datacenter environment
+ Create and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
