Job Description

• Oversee overall infrastructure operations, ensuring system availability, stability, and performance
• Lead and coordinate cloud and infrastructure initiatives across teams
• Establish and enforce standards, processes, and governance frameworks
• Manage incident response, escalation, and resolution processes
• Monitor KPIs, system health, and operational metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure with business needs
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure efficiency, security, and cost optimization

Qualifications
