Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you manage all aspects of Card Switching across multiple touchpoints, delivering stable, customer ready platforms across environments and supporting the full lifecycle of technology platforms. You will assess and coordinate requests from technology teams, external partners, and the business, applying strong analytical and communication skills to gather, validate, and document requirements from high level business needs through to detailed technical specifications.

You support solution delivery across the full SDLC and Agile ways of working, leading design and support for medium complexity initiatives and contributing to large, high complexity deliveries within cross functional squads for card transaction processing, including VisaNet, Mastercard, and New Zealand domestic protocols.
