You will become an integral part of the team, making every problem of the platform a problem of your own, and solving them accordingly. Requirements Responsibilities Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux and Windows OS, basic knowledge in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers. Proactively monitor customer issues until they are fully resolved, keeping the customer informed along the way of incident lifecycle. Focus on support tickets, incident management and application monitoring. Document key learnings as part of the support you provide.
