Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Build an excellent rapport with all key customers, understanding their needs and delivering to their requirements.

+ Respond by phone, fax or e-mail tocustomerincluding requests for quotes, pricing, and availability of product.

+ Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

+ Maintain relationships with key customers to support ongoing business and enhance customer satisfaction.

+ Fill orders by verifying and entering information, process orders and expediteshipmentwhen necessary, communicate expected delivery dateand other order-relatedupdates.

+ Develop accounts by checking the customer’s buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
