Our client is a growing recruitment and staffing solutions provider specializing in IT hiring. We help leading clients across India connect with skilled technology professionals. We are looking for a passionate Inside Sales Executive to join our team and support our domestic hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and CRM tools
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and understand customer needs
- Present products/services via phone or online demos
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and deals in CRM
- Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with marketing and account management teams
- Handle customer objections and negotiate pricing within guidelines
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights
