Job Title: Inside Sales Executive,(Senior & Junior) Industry: Climate-tech startup firm Location: Mumbai / Thane CTC: Up to 6 LPA Joining: Immediate to 15 Days Job Summary: We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive responsible for cold calling and lead generation activities. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential customers and supporting the sales team. There are no sales targets associated with this position. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to prospective clients Generate and qualify leads Maintain and update lead database Coordinate with the field/closing sales team Follow up with interested prospects Requirements 03 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Lead Generation Good communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling outbound calls Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM is preferred Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred
