Inside Sales Representative Phoenix

**INTRODUCTION and WHAT YOU WILL DO (Job Responsibilities)**

The Inside Sales Representative focus will be to close sales over the phone, working closely with leads to understand their needs, present product benefits, and overcome objections. Will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing directly to revenue growth. This is a hybrid role with Fridays from home.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

+ Qualify and engage potential leads through inbound and outbound phone prospecting
+ Focus on closing deals efficiently to maximize revenue and minimize time to close
+ Conduct compelling phone presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
+ Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and identify upsell opportunities
+ Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
