Role Description

 About the Role 
Provide technical support and services to customers
Work with Outside Sales team to grow existing customers and create new ones
Educate customers about features and benefits of our services and products
Process customer orders, including order data entry
Prepare quotations, bids, and letters
Assist in the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and other administrative duties
Assist with general sales and marketing initiatives as required
