Instructional Designer

Job Summary: OSG is seeking an Intermediate Instructional Designer to support the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality facilitator-led, virtual, and digital learning products.

This role is ideal for an instructional designer with a strong grounding in adult learning, web accessibility, and instructional design principles who also brings a technical lean, someone comfortable building, updating, and maintaining courses within modern learning platforms and authoring tools.

The Intermediate Instructional Designer plays a hands-on role in course development, working closely with Senior Instructional Designers, the Curriculum Lead, Subject Matter Experts, and the Training team to translate regulatory requirements, business needs, and learning objectives into engaging, accessible, and scalable learning experiences.
