Instructional Media Designer

Job Description
A client in Spring, TX is looking for an Instructional Media Designer for their internal Learning Organization team that provides training for all of the company. This will be a net new role created to lead the end-to-end production of high-impact learning assets. This role will alleviate the current department workload by taking ownership of the most technically demanding creative tasks, including 3D modeling, high end video development, and interactive e-learning modules. This person will apply adult learning theory to ensure all visual content from 3D renderings to training videos is pedagogically sound and effective for a diverse workforce. This role is looking to pay $80,000 annually.
