Instructor Pilot - GBTS SME (FAcT)

Description

 

This role serves as the subject‑matter expert (SME) for CAE’s Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Civilian Qualified Flying Instructor (CQFI) team, supporting the design of the Pilatus PC‑21 and Grob 120TP training programs. You will work closely with CAE Qualified Flying Instructors (CQFIs) and participate in the Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Training Development Team (TDT).

In collaboration with the Courseware Instructional System Designer (ISD), you will review and advise on module outlines, storyboards, and courseware to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with the RCAF Training Plan. You will also contribute to Flight Training Operations design, Ground‑Based Training Systems (GBTS) design, and training device design.This is a non‑flying role, focused heavily on new courseware development for the FAcT program.
