Overview

Our client is expanding their downtown Toronto office and has an immediate opening for an Insurance Litigation Associate with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in insurance defence. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a variety of insurance litigation matters, with a specific focus on bodily injury, accident benefits, subrogation, and property claims. Provide outstanding client service, manage client relationships, and provide timely and effective communication. Work with the partners of the firm on a regular basis in their busy practices. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motion materials, and affidavits. Attend examinations for discovery, mediations, and pre-trial conferences.
