Intake Specialist (ABA Therapy) - South Africa (Remote US Hours)
Location: South Africa (Remote–US Hours)
Type: Full-Time, Work from Home
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm (US Hours)
Responsibilities
- Respondtointakeinquiriesviaphone,email,andwebformspromptlyandprofessionally
- Guidefamiliesofautisticchildrenthroughtheintakeandonboardingprocesswithempathyandclarity
- Collectandreviewclientdocumentation(e.g.,diagnosisreports,insurance,fundingforms)
- Scheduleassessmentsandinitialconsultations
- Maintainaccuraterecordsusingourpracticemanagementsoftware
- Collaboratewiththeclinical,billing,andadministrativeteams
- Followupwithfamiliestoensuretimelycompletionofallintakesteps
