Integration Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead – Supports the Land Vehicle Crew Training System (LVCTS) project delivering advanced simulation and training solutions to the Canadian Army at five sites across Canada. Location: Calgary, Alberta or Ottawa, Ontario. Salary range: 101,500 CAD – 151,500 CAD. Responsibilities

Lead a cross‑functional team comprising customer representatives, supplier representatives, and internal Raytheon functional team members. Develop and execute the Integration IPT’s objectives in alignment with the contract scope and technical specifications. Ensure effective management of cost, schedule, and performance for all deliverables within the IPT charter. Escalate issues outside the charter’s scope for advice and approval as needed.
