Interim Group CEO

Interim Search has been given the opportunity to appoint an Interim Group CEO to an international industrial company in Norway.
We are looking for a well-experienced Group CEO with an industrial background to lead a large turnaround. The company consists of 700 employees and is owned by a global private equity firm. This role reports to the Chairman of the Board.
**Main responsibilities**
- Align cost structure to current sales levels.
- Responsibility over 10 directly reporting managers.
**To be considered for the role**
- Previous experience as CEO in large, international companies (>1 billion SEK).
- Documented experiences with large industrial turnarounds **with success** in the last 2-4 years as a CEO.
- Previous experience with industrial companies and sales.
- Experience from crisis management including media handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English, to all stakeholders.
