Interim Senior Accountant

For our client in Amsterdam, a Netherlands-based real estate company, we are looking for an experienced Interim Senior Accountant (m/f/x) for a temporary 4-month assignment.

Tasks and responsibilities of the Interim Senior Accountant in Amsterdam

• The role focuses on full ownership of the finance administration, month-end closing, reporting, and budget coordination
• Full responsibility for monthly closing and management reporting
• Preparation of analytical review of P&L and balance sheet movements
• Review of CAPEX, project costs, prepayments, accruals, depreciation
• Review of Intercompany commercial and financing positions
• Supervision of the Accounts Payable process, including ability to step into operational processing if required
• Preparation of payment batches for bank approval
• Monitoring of company credit cards
