Interior Designer

This position provides ID support and project management to the company.

• Recognize and understand clients’ design requirements.
• Prepare space planning for commercial offices, residential and retail spaces.
• Liaison with suppliers and contractors.
• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
• Manage projects to meet deadlines and budgets.

• Project planning and coordination (including the design conceptualization, materials and colour scheme specifications).
• Presentation of design proposal.
• Managing clients.
• Technical skills (such as SketchUp, AutoCAD).
• Cost management during WIP.

Experienced or Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
