Enters quantity take-offs and material unit pricings as applicable to project. Recognizes and applies appropriate work breakdown structure (WBS) structure. Processes and identifies complete scope of project with limited levels of design definition. Assists in coordination of overall corporate estimating functions as below.

Produce Quantity take off’s by reviewing plans and specifications in assigned areas. identifies specific discipline take offs within their specialized disciplines (Concrete structures, Steel structures, Mechanical piping, Electrical and HVAC)

Enter quantity take offs in Sage Timberline, material unit pricing as applicable to specific discipline and create a final OPCC report to internal & External client.

Good understanding about water/wastewater infrastructure and associated country codal requirements (US/Middle East etc.,)

Coordinate estimate material pricing from vendors and other sources.
