**Site**.## **JOB DESCRIPTION**The intern will be responsible in the following: • Market research and analysis* Conduct market research on EV adoption trends, best practices and market analysis* Generate leads list of potential sites.* Monitor and update charging station names, pricing and new stations every month• Lead generation & pre-sales• Participate in the development / UAT of new features or improvements for the charging station app and software • Support customer service and troubleshooting inquiries related to charging stations • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / Head of Department from time to time Learning Outcomes: • Gain understanding and insights of an EV Charging Point Operator’s business • Learn how to find potential customers' needs and support sales efforts • Gain skills in market research and analysis • Develop customer service abilities, including troubleshooting, and understand operational...
