Role Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the harmonization and updating of product indices to ensure uniformity across products;
Ensure the organization of digital documents to guarantee uniformity of the archiving structure; 
Recommend actions to be put in place for the continuation of the archiving work;
Clean up directories containing documents intended for the production of our products.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Have completed or be in the process of completing a degree in documentation techniques or a certificate in archiving or any other appropriate discipline;
Proficiency in Office and Google Suite;
Methodical mind and work rigor;
Autonomy, proactivity, and team spirit;
Proficiency in French.
