Intern, Human Resource (Compensation & Benefits)

You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under Human Resource, Compensation & Benefits Team, working full-time from July 2026 to December 2026.

Job Responsibilities

1) Benefits

• Conduct research on market-specific regulations and practices across various countries.
• Benchmark findings against Mapletree’s existing employee benefits to support ongoing review and enhancement efforts.
• Develop ways to communicate existing or new benefits to employees.
• Support marketing efforts for the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
• Update medical guidelines on the intranet as needed, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for employees.

2) Policy Support

• Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure handbooks and policies are updated in line with government regulations.
