Metrology Data Analytics for Workstation Conversion Evaluation

Advanced metrology techniques are critical enablers in Micron’s cutting‑edge semiconductor manufacturing processes. This internship project focuses on the application of data analytics and AI‑enabled techniques to study and evaluate metrology workstation conversion scenarios.

The intern will work on a structured, project‑based assignment involving analysis of metrology data sets and manufacturing context to assess process performance, measurement capability, and potential trade‑offs associated with workstation conversion. Through this project, the intern will gain exposure to metrology fundamentals, manufacturing analytics workflows, and engineering decision‑making frameworks used in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
