Key Responsibilities

• Support and deliver engagements relating to Australian financial services regulation, including
• Anti‑Money Laundering and Counter‑Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) frameworks
• AUSTRAC compliance, including risk assessments, program design, reviews and remediation
• APRA‑regulated environments, including governance, risk management and control expectations
• Broader ASIC and Corporations Act obligations where relevant
• Assist in reviewing and assessing client policies, procedures and controls against regulatory expectations
• Support remediation programs arising from regulatory reviews, audits or assurance findings
• Maintain awareness of emerging regulatory developments and industry expectations affecting financial services clients
