Internship: EIO team

You will support day‑to‑day PDM operations (task resolution, incident ticket handling, user support) and help test and evaluate AI‑assisted tools used in our PDM applications. This internship blends hands‑on systems support with structured software testing and offers exposure to real‑world engineering data and process automation.

Your Role

• Operations Support
  • Resolve user tickets related to workflows, permissions, and data issues in PDM applications (3 system applications).
  • Document fixes, create FAQs/​how‑to guides, and contribute to SOPs for common tasks.
  • Monitor queues and service levels; escalate complex issues; analyze root causes and propose preventive actions.
  • Support release activities (e.g., change notices, BOM updates, file/version control) under guidance from the PDM team.
