Support in the development and implementation of transformation projects, change concepts and measures
Support with projects to design our organizational structure
Preparation of information and presentations for internal decision-making rounds
Maintaining and further developing internal communication channels in the Engine Services segment
Designing new content formats for internal communication
Support with editorial work (conducting interviews, writing articles, video contributions, etc.)
