Role Description
(
- Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to determine purchasing needs
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, pricing, and product availability
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors
- Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in orders
- Support audits by providing necessary procurement documentation
