Iscala Technical Engineer

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement iScala solutions tailored to business processes and user requirements. Conduct system analysis and provide technical support for iScala applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective ERP solutions. Manage system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Provide training and support to end-users on iScala functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to iScala applications. Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience working with iScala ERP solutions. Strong understanding of financial modules within iScala. Proficiency in programming languages relevant to iScala customization (e. g., SQL, C#, etc. ). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
