Responsibilities • Ensures effective computer resources are provided to users. • Assigns personnel and schedules workflow to facilitate computer system performance and technician response times. • Analyzes performance indicators such as number of transactions per second, response time, and number of programs being processed to ensure system is operating efficiently. • Studies problems and capabilities, and develops solutions for improved system performance. • Oversight of the management/configuration of the E&DI Cisco Network Switches and Routers (SentelKG). • Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration. • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
