Role Description

IT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
What You'll Do: 
End-to-end coordination of the IT equipment orders for the RTBH data centers
End-to-end coordination of the IT orders and supervision over the budget
Organizing shippings of technical equipment for associates or from associates as requested
Coordination of the service support for the equipment under warranty
Coordination of the IT e-waste equipment utilisation
Preparing workstations for new hires of the IT department
Supervision over the email signature generator tools
Archiving hard copies of the IT department-related documents
Cooperating with suppliers
Coordinating of the IT department-related invoices
Updating internal documents
Organizing business trips and team buildings for the IT department associates
Performing tasks requested by associates and cooperating with other departments
