 & Requirements Who we are looking for2+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including installation and configuration, performance monitoring and troubleshooting, backup, restore, and maintenance planning
Experience working with enterprise / 3rd‑party application vendors (incident resolution, upgrades, troubleshooting).
Solid understanding of Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms (VMware; Hyper‑V as an advantage).
Strong skills in technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation
Practical knowledge of enterprise database concepts (availability, performance, security, recoverability)
Basic experience or familiarity with cloud platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP
Understanding of application lifecycle management (installation, upgrades, patching, decommissioning)
