• People Management Experience is a MUST
• App Sec technology - ASPM and Threat Modeling
• Secure coding practices
• Advanced security testing methodologies - SAST, SCA, DAST, penetration testing.
• Compliance - OWASP Top 10, NIST, ISO 27001
• SAST (Static Application Security Testing)
• DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) tools
• Veracode, Checkmarx, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, and similar.
• Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• DevSecOps
