Where will you based and what business will you support?
Based in Belo Horizonte/Indaiatuba; Brazil; you will be joining a globally distributed team that supports the application landscape for two of our major products/Programs: ADMS and ComLIMS. 
In a nutshell 
As an IT Application Support Engineer you will be working with our software support application teams, to provide L1 and L2 support for software application related issues ang managing incidents
How you can help us:
Working with cross functional teams spread across geographies, within service level agreement in order to solve customer issues
Application troubleshooting and ability to coordinate with multiple teams to solve the issues.
IIS troubleshooting & ability to read the event viewer logs from Windows server.
L2 support - diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application owners.
