IT Asset Management Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The IT Asset Management Analyst is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting IT assets across the organization. This role ensures accurate asset lifecycle management, contract compliance, vendor audits, and process improvements, while partnering with Information Security and Service Management teams to maintain reliable asset data and optimize IT investments.

JOB FOCUS:

• Work on vendor license audits for publishers including Microsoft, IBM, and Oracle

• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing and other groups to enhance IT Asset

Management processes

• Drive process improvement and enterprise adoption of ITAM practices

• Create documentation for requirements, analysis, and processes within IT Asset

Management

• Manage proactive asset monitoring and contract compliance functions
