Responsibilities:
Provide user support as needed.
Perform monthly FTAs and track countermeasures.
Monitor security and event logs monthly and document issues.
Maintain updated copy of software licenses and contact info for disaster recovery.
Manage and track company software discs and storage.
Update instant support and support ticket logs as required.
Manage system upgrade projects as scheduled.
Track and maintain inventory and assets
Monitor firewall logs and investigate potential intrusions or errors
Monitor virus and threat messages on servers and workstations and remove any that are found. Countermeasure required.
Daily server performance monitoring and tracking
Perform monthly server maintenance tasks
Update Time tracking as required.
