Job Description

Ensure IT service delivery by supporting appropriate processes to run a successful IT-enabled business. Develop and implement processes, best practices, and IT services necessary to meet the business needs of internal and external users. Support for applications and software. Job Function: IT Operations (Network Infrastructure, Server Management, Service Desk Support, Incident & Security Management), DevOps.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT and/or DevOps
• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems
• Knowledgeable in any one of the following cloud platforms:
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Microsoft Azure
• Knowledgeable and experienced in terminal shells such as sh/bash/ksh/zsh
